Breathe, Balance n Blossom!

A poor man celebrates New Year once a year. A rich man celebrates each day. But the richest man celebrates every moment.

How rich are you? Do you celebrate once a year? Once a month? Every day? If you celebrate every moment, you are the Lord of Creation!
                                                                                                                - HH Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Life is utterly simple and yet most complex. When life turns most complex, just take a deep breath in and breathe out. LET GO is the mantra, what we are actually talking about! :) YES, it is as simple as that! :) But as everything needs a direction, breathing too needs a direction to channelize our oh-so-lost energies and to get back to the fountain of bubbling zeal and chirpiness that we had when we first opened our peppy eyes to capture a glimpse of this beautiful world! :) There one's our flagship course! It's a one of a kind, life skill workshop which provides tools youth long for! So after you are polished, you naturally get inspired to contribute to society through your careers and service. Of course the brownie point is that you will sport a happy shiny face and take your buddies by a surprise! :) This intense program (spanning 4 consecutive days) also includes practical sessions on entrepreneurial skills, maximizing individual potential and physical, mental and emotional health. In simple words, conquer vibrancy, dynamism and readiness to change. It's actually not about the problems and neither about the world. It's about YOU! And how much you actually VALUE YOURSELF.

This "joy-butterfly" (Art of Living) being present in over approximately 150 countries of the world, innumerable youth have actually gained a lot from this. So why not add another feather in your cap and dazzle others?

YES!+ @ PUNJABI UNIVERSITY

Now when this blessing has been bestowed beautifully to some of the blessed people of Punjabi University too. I take this privilege and immense pleasure in writing the blog. I still remember the time, last year, when I did the course, not many people known to me had been associated with Yes!+ then. But now it is truly astonishing to see the works and development that took place in just one year! :) Most of the college people have actually been able to experience the eternal bliss that people long for, may be for many lifetimes to come! It's simply amazing and wonderful to see the peer group showcasing their 10,000 Watts smile. :)

Ramnik Bhaiya: Our Driving Force
Various courses have been conducted in our college so far. The bubbling enthusiasm of the volunteers and the flowing smiles of the participants give such a satisfaction. All the celebration multiplies manifolds just by the presence of Ramnik Bhaiya, Amitesh Bhaiya and Tanu Di, the trio behind the show. They made sure that all the students had a perfect dose of enjoyment, masti, fun and knowledge.

Amitesh Bhaiya n Tanu Di: Our smile chargers
Specially the monsoon special course was simply bombastic. Rain God highly supported the celebration by showering us with rain all the 4 days of the course. The whole arena and ambience was full of euphoria, ecstasy and exuberance. Rain dance in the presence of Ramnik Bhaiya, Amitesh Bhaiya and Tanu Di was the energy charger.

Though the experience of the course cannot be put into words but some of the blessed students have penned down their following thoughts, trying to exhibit their umpteenth source of happiness and bliss. So here it goes:

Ankur Khurana, 4th Year
Ankur Khurana @ energizing performance by Antim Sapiens
hi! my name is ankur, i belong to you.
about a year ago two of ma friends keep on talking about yes + and how beautiful it is to be a art of living student.
that time i have ma own philosophy that "nobody tells me what to do and how to do".
four months back i thought to give it a try, Although i was totally convience that everything else except sudarshan kriya will be of no use and
usual "babaji stuff". After attending my first yes + course , i was feeling great and much more enthusiastic than before. And Now i'll involve my
best, in the things i do.I'll tell you the experience i have with my surdarshan kriya was great, actually everthything i learned from yes + was great.
i hardly talk to my father and brother but on the second day of my course, i talked with my father for 20 min on the phone and now i talk to them
regularly and our relationship has become better.
Immediately after my yes+ ,i attended DSN.The DSN showed me my capabilities. what i can do with what i got.that was a great feeling that i
can do whatever i wanted to do.
Now i often listen to guruji's talk and do my kriya daily. I am also involve in Seva. Now , i have the knowledge and the time is to live it.
"YES + has really open up my mind" ,jai guru deva!

My experience at yes plus was awesome.First of all i really liked to be in the presence of RAMNIK BHAIYEA ,he is such a good human being that anybody would want to be with him.Yes plus helped me regain my lost confidence and also helped me to increase my focus with the help of sudarshan kriyea.I am able to decrease the amount of negativity in myself. Now i suggest Yes plus to every person I meet so that the person also get benefits which I enjoy.JAI GURUDEV

Sonal Goel, 4th Year
It was only after my friends insisted on me that i joined YES PLUS course and i could really feel a great change in me on the second day of course. Sudarshan kriya is something WOW. I have started takng things in a positive manner. Now i enjoy whatever work i do bcoz i do it with 100% input. and the bestest part about this course is that I have blessings of GURUJI wid me all the tyms.

Puneet Arora, 4th Year
The most important thing I learned at Yes!+ is that u ought to live in your present. You shouldn’t ponder over ur past or ur future. Just focus on present n work hard. Just keep on working. Don’t care about the results.

Palvi Garg, 3rd Year
Yes!+ is really a great course. I’ve done my Yes!+ in August,2010. It was very effective. Before doing Yes!+, I took even small problems very seriously and easily got tensed. After Yes!+, life becomes too cool. Even big problems seem to be very easy. This course was also very enjoyable. That five days were completely full of masti and fun. Everyone should do this course at least once. Yes!+ really rocks. Jai Gurudev.

Ankit: The smiling volunteer

This course is simply amazing, the time spent in the course has become a constant source of motivation for me, not only has it improved my personality n skills but has also given me a feeling of inner joy and bliss that is invaluable.
